KARACHI: Iqbal Day exhibition

KARACHI, Nov 8: The National Museum has organized a special exhibition to celebrate the 124th birth anniversary of Allama Mohammad Iqbal, the great poet philosopher, falling on Friday.

On this occasion, selected photographs and his letters will be on display at the museum for the public.

The exhibition depicts various events of the great poet’s life through photographs.

Another feature of the exhibition is a select collection of Allama Mohammad Iqbal’s letters written to Maulana Grammi, dated July 1 & 10, 1917, August 8, 1917, July 10, 1922, February 2, 1922, and February 23, 1923.

Two poems written in Persian by Allama Iqbal in his own handwriting are also part of this exhibition.
