ATLANTIC CITY (New Jersey), Aug 18: New Zealand’s David Tua floored former heavyweight champion Michael Moorer in just 30 seconds in a heavyweight fight here Saturday.

Tua, who has the hardest punch in boxing, used a right-left-right combination that knocked Moorer down and out.

The win boosted the 29-year-old Kiwi’s record to 41-3 while Moorer fell to 43-3-1. Tua, who is ranked third by the International Boxing Federation, has 36 KOs, many off his left hook.

This isn’t the first time Tua has ended a bout in lightning speed. He knocked out World Boxing Association champion John Ruiz in 19 seconds.
