KARACHI: KU exhibition

KARACHI, Aug 10: Department of Social Work, University of Karachi, would hold a photographic exhibition highlighting various skills of Pakistani craftsmen at the mausoleum of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on August 14.

The organizer of the exhibition, Dr Nasreen Aslam Shah, a senior teacher at the department, said that an 82-year old craftsman, Noor AHmed, would be the chief guest of the exhibition. Vice-chancellor of the university, Dr Zafar Saied Saify, would preside over the exhibition ceremony.

A video show will also be held as part of the exhibition on August 14 at Mazar-i-Quaid. The photo exhibition which is being organized by the second-year students of the department. It will begin at from 9 am and last till 7 pm.
