KARACHI, Aug 9: Thirty-two vehicles — eight cars and 24 motorcycles — were either hijacked or stolen in the city in the past 48 hours in the city, police said.

Twenty vehicles — five cars and 15 motorcycles — were either hijacked or stolen on Friday.

One car was hijacked. Four others were stolen.

Five motorcycles were hijacked. Ten others were stolen.

Police also claimed on Friday to have recovered three motorcycles in the city.

On Thursday, 12 vehicles — three cars and nine motorcycles — were either hijacked or stolen. Two cars were hijacked. One was stolen.
