QUETTA, Aug 6: The special court for suppression of terrorist acts, Sibi, on Monday awarded capital punishment to four persons, including two brothers, in a murder case.

According to the judgment announced by judge Mohammad Ismail, the murder charge was proved against Hazoor Bukhsh, Mehran Khan, Jumma Khan and Saman, and they were awarded death sentence.

The accused had killed Sakhi Mohammad in Pat Feeder area in August last year and injured Nabi Dost seriously. District Attorney Abdul Salam Marri represented the state.

Special court for suppression of terrorist acts, No.II, Quetta, awarded life imprisonment to three persons, including a woman, in a murder case.

The convicted woman, Fatima, had killed her husband with the help of her brother and another person a few months back.

The same court awarded three years imprisonment to Umar Maqsood and Khurram, members of the Hizbul Tehrir, for printing objectionable pamphlets.
