HYDERABAD, Aug 5: The controller of examinations (annual), University of Sindh, announced here on Saturday that the last date for the submission of forms for the annual examination, 2002, of external as well as regular candidates, for B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BSW, B.Sc (Home Economics) parts l-Il and M.A (previous and final) from the affiliated colleges of the university has been fixed as Aug 26.

The forms for the examinations are to be obtained from the offices of the principals of the degree colleges on the payment of Rs30, and will be submitted at the same college, along with the required documents.

The controller has also notified that the candidates should pay their examination fee through a bank challan, duly signed by the principal, in the nominated branches of the Habib Bank Limited, and should attach the original copy of the same challan with the examination form.

He has advised the candidates to attach the original certificates of their last qualified examination, four passport size photographs duly attested by the principal, two photocopies of the NIC, a copy of enrolment card (for the candidates who are appearing in part-I and M.A previous) and eligibility certificate (in case the candidate has passed last examination from a board/university, other than the BISE, Hyderabad or the University of Sindh).

LUMHS: The vice chancellor, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences Jamshoro, Prof Jan Mohammed Memon, in a press statement issued on Monday, has condemned the attack on the vice principal of the Chandka Medical College Larkana, Prof Zafar Pirzado, and demanded that the culprits should be arrested without any further delay.
