Ajmal elected NAPP president

PESHAWAR, July 28: Elections of the National Awami Party Pakistan at central and provincial levels were held here on Sunday.

According to results, Ajmal Khattak and Arbab Ayub Jan were re-elected as central and provincial (NWFP) presidents, respectively.

Other office-bearers at central level are Raziq Bugti, senior vice-president, Zarin Gul, vice-president, Latif Afridi, general secretary, Rahat Malik, deputy general secretary, Arif Azhar, joint secretary, Shakir Buneri, press secretary, Sarwar Mohmand, finance secretary, Salim Iltaf, culture secretary and Babu Fazle Raziq as office secretary.

For the post of senior vice president of NAPP NWFP, Professor Zahir Shah was elected.—APP
