Four arrested, LMG seized

NAWABSHAH, Nov 5: The Excise Police, Nawabshah Circle, arrested four people and recovered a light machine gun and 80 bullets from their possession near the Mir Khan Leghari stop on the National Highway on Monday.

The excise inspector, Nawabshah Circle, Malik M Amin, along with his team arrested four people — Ali Ahmed (resident of Larkana), M Ayub (resident of Jacobabad), Samiullah and M Khan (both residents of Shahdadkot). The police also recovered a light machine gun and 80 bullets from their possession.

ACCIDENT: A man was killed and eight people were injured when a coach overturned while trying to overtake another near Sakrand on the National Highway on Monday.

The Peshawar-bound coach (TK-6086) overturned as a result of which its driver was killed on the spot and eight people were injured.
