The AJ transferred the case to the ATC-3 for trial from Aug 3.

Six persons were killed and six others injured in the incident on 4-10-2001. The AJ marked this case to the ATC-3 presided over by Judge Arshad Noor Khan.

The fourth chargesheet was submitted by the Rizvia police against five accused, Lahori, Azam, Ata, Tasadduq and Qasim, in the murder case of Mohammed Nazeer, security guard of Mehfil-i-Zainab. The case was sent for trial to the ATC-4.
