KARACHI, July 25: Drizzle turned roads splashy and vehicular traffic chaotic in many parts of the city on Thursday morning. Some areas, however, remained dry.

The Met office said that by 11.30am only traces had been recorded. It forecast a cloudy day in Karachi and some other parts of Sindh.

The former District Central and parts of South received substantial drizzle whereas District East received milder drizzle.

The main thoroughfares from District Central to South witnessed traffic chaos caused by the water accumulation on roads, especially obstructions experienced at improperly-filled ditches dug across roads by various civic and utility agencies.—APP
