QUETTA, Nov 3: Taliban militia has hanged three supporters of former Afghan deputy foreign minister, Hamid Karzai, at Dehramad in Uruzgan province of Afghanistan, sources said here on Saturday.

“The three pro-king supporters were executed publicly on Friday in Dehramad in the presence of a large number of people,” sources said adding that they were hanged after summary trial by an ulema court.

However, the names of the three were not disclosed by Taliban authorities.

But some sources claimed that Haji Abdul Qadeer, a close aide of Mr Karzai was among those who were executed by the Taliban.
