HYDERABAD, July 19: The managing director of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, has said to provide better facilities to the consumers, the customer service facility will be decentralized.
The SSGC MD, Mukhtar Ahmed, was speaking to the members of the Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the chamber’s auditorium here on Thursday.
He said experts had been hired by the company and a training institute has also been established to improve the service.
He said the gas consumers would be provided facilities and their complaints would be redressed without delay.
