PESHAWAR, July 14: The President of Mazdoor Kissan Party, Fatehyab Ali Khan, has requested the President of Pakistan and NWFP Governor the of order of withdrawal of an order of his externment from the NWFP.

He has sent letters to Gen Pervaiz Musharraf, NWFP Governor Syed Iftikhar Hus-

sain and Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, Irshad Hassan Khan, asking them to direct the home department for withdrawal of the said order.

He claimed that his visit to the NWFP was in connection with the party’s provincial and national convention and holding elections of party office bearers to meet the requirements of the Political Parties Order before August 5.

He claimed that the members of PMKP were law abiding and in spite of illegal evictions, harassment, prison terms on fake charges initiated by the big landlords of the area, they had never taken the law in their own hands.
