ISLAMABAD June 28 Security forces have detained a man who trained suicide bombers and two other terrorists in Swat and seized a car and a rickshaw stuffed with explosives for possible suicide bombings.

Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Sunday, soldiers had cleared the area around Kokarai, linking it with Jambil.

The suicide trainer was identified as Abdul Rehman and the two other terrorists as Akbar and Saleem.

A large cache of arms and ammunition was found in a graveyard in Garai, four kilometre northeast of Shamozai.

The ISPR claimed that security forces had secured areas around Khazana, Zarra Khela, Gamkot, Chalera, Rangeela, Shah Dheri-Maira Band and Garai and were conducting a search around Mangalton.

Security forces have also searched the areas of Bala Sar, Chuprial and Bartana and found three 12-bore guns and three 30-bore pistols.

RELIEF OPERATION Relief operation and work to restore utility services is continuing in various parts of Malakand and Swat.

One truck carrying water dispensers was dispatched for displaced people in Dera Ismail Khan and 16 trucks of rations and non-food items were sent to Bannu.

Ten trucks of rations and non-food items were sent for the displaced people at Palko Deri, Hathian, Sherghar, Mohabbatabad, Hoti Mardan, Jamal Garthi, Mardan Rural and Charsada.

Electricity, landlines and cellphone services and gas supply have been restored in most areas of Buner and Swat.
