HYDERABAD, July 6: The hearing in Daniel Pearl kidnapping and murder case did not resume here on Saturday and was adjourned till Monday as the Syed Ali Ashraf Shah, the Judge of the Anti-terrorism Court, took leave.
The judge had to attend funeral of one of his relatives who died on Saturday.
Rai Basheer Ahmed, counsel for the co-accused in the case, was to begin his final arguments on Saturday after the defence counsel closed his arguments on Friday.— Correspondent
