QUETTA, April 30 National Party`s secretary general Mir Tahir Bizenjo has warned that the mistakes which resulted in the fall of Dhaka are being repeated in Balochistan and endangering the federation.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, he said his party believed in democratic and peaceful struggle for the rights of the people of Balochistan.

He said that although his party and the Baloch resistance movement had the same goal they differed over the method of the struggle. Mr Bizenjo accused what he called hawks in the establishment of forcing Baloch youths to take extreme positions.

He said denial of rights to the province and the conflict between Baloch people and `usurpers from Islamabad over ownership of resources had provided an opportunity to international players to exploit the situation for their own interests.

He said the Baloch wanted to live with respect, dignity and honour in Pakistan, but they would never tolerate lower class citizenship.

He said the looting of resources over the past six decades had made it clear to the Baloch people that the exploiters were interested in Balochistan`s resources and not in its people.
