1,100 teachers to be recruited

JHANG, June 23: Around 1,100 teachers will be recruited in various schools of the district in the next couple of months.

This was announced by district Nazim Sahibzada Sultan Hameed while speaking at the opening ceremony of the building of the government girls’ elementary school, Mai Heer.

The Nazim directed EDO (education) Mrs Jamila Akhtar to present him a list of the schools where there was shortage of the teachers.

He directed her to survey on the unavailability of drinking water in the schools. — Correspondent
