OKARA, June 18: Two persons were killed in road accidents in different parts of the district on Tuesday.

An aged man was reportedly knocked down by a rashly-driven bus on the GT Road. He died instantly.

Police shifted the body to the Okara Welfare Trust.

One Maskeen Ali Qureshi of Anwaar Shaheed Colony was on the GT Road on his bicycle when a truck hit him. He died on the spot. — Correspondent
