RAMALLAH, April 28: Voice of Palestine, the official Palestinian radio, has resumed limited broadcasting on the frequency it used before Israeli forces destroyed the station’s building, an official said on Sunday.

“Voice of Palestine has always been a target for Israel as it stands as a symbol of Palestinian sovereignty,” Imad al-Asfar, the head of the station’s news division, said.

Israel has accused Voice of Palestine and other official Palestinian media of inciting Palestinians to violence in their 18-month-old uprising against Israeli occupation.
