KALAYA, April 17: Tribal elders of the Orakzai Agency handed over about 20 criminals to the political administration here on Wednesday.
The political administration has started a crackdown against proclaimed offenders, kidnappers and hardened criminals hiding in the agency and those tribesmen who have provided shelter to them.
During the clean-up operation, those tribesmen were arrested and sent to jail who were said to have provided refuge to the criminal elements.
The tribal leaders assured the political administration of full cooperation.
