LAHORE, April 16: A notice has been served on the district nazim of Lahore seeking withdrawal of ‘the sanitation fee’ of Rs 50 per month or face legal action.

The notice, served by a lawyers firm on behalf of its clients, asks the nazim to clarify under what authority of law the fee has been imposed.
