GAZA CITY, April 6: Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erakat on Saturday accused US President George W. Bush of “playing with words” by not giving Prime Minister a fixed date to pull his troops out of the West Bank.

“Bush must get Sharon to stop his aggression and pull back his troops immediately,” Erakat told AFP by phone from the West Bank.

“He has to stop playing with words,” Erakat said after Bush again called for Israel to pull its troops out of Palestinian territory “without delay” but gave no specifics.—AFP
