HYDERABAD, April 4: The Divisional Election Commission (DEC) of Hyderabad has received more than 3,300 ballot boxes in the district in two instalments, the first on Tuesday and the second on Wednesday, ahead of the general elections in October and the proposed referendum in May, an Election Commission official confirmed on Thursday.

The provincial Election Commission has asked the DEC to keep the boxes ready.
