KARACHI: SSC exams rescheduled

KARACHI, March 18: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi, has announced a revised programme for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-I&II annual examinations 2002 for regular and private candidates of Science and General groups.

Examinations of Science group (Part II) will start from March 30 for failures of Class IX paper (Chemistry), while papers of fresh candidates of class X will commence on April 2, with English (Compulsory) Paper-II. Papers of class IX (Science group) will start on April 3.

Papers of fresh candidates of class X (SSC Part-II) general group will start from April 3, with English (Compulsory) Paper-II. English (Compulsory) Paper-I of class IX will be held on April 2.

Papers of class X (Private) will start from April 3, while that of class IX (Private) will start from April 2.

All class X papers will be held in the morning (9am to 12 noon), class IX papers will be held in the afternoon (2pm to 5pm).
