ISLAMABAD, March 11: The civil judge, Jehangir Mir, has ordered the auctioning of Haydri Beverages, the local licenced manufacturers of Pepsi Cola International.

A suit was filed by a local distributor, Farhat Saleem, who accused the defendant of violating terms of agreement and also sought recovery of Rs0.55 million.

The court ordered confiscation of the beverage factory located on Kahuta Road in the outskirts of Islamabad.

Haydri Beverages had sought a stay order from the LHC Rawalpindi bench, but, the court turned down the plea.
