Gilani calls on Musharraf

ISLAMABAD, March 2: Iftikhar Hussain Gilani, a leader of the PML-Q called on President Gen Pervez Musharraf at the Aiwan-i-Sadr on Saturday.

The president informed him of the various measures initiated by the government for the economic uplift of the people and political reforms in the country.

Gilani expressed his appreciation for the decisions taken by the government. He also discussed various aspects of the electoral reforms.—APP
