JI rejects interim setup

MIRPURKHAS, Dec 7: Over 50 activists of Jamaat-i-Islami district Mirpurkhas staged a protest demonstration on Friday outside the Noorani Masjid.

They rejected the interim setup of Afghanistan and flayed US strikes in the war-torn country.

Sipah-i-Sahaba also took out a rally criticizing against American attack on Afghanistan.

The protestors marched on main road near Post Office Chowk, and their leaders made speeches against USA.

INJURED: Three robbers on Friday stopped a rickshaw near the Tando Adam town and tried to snatch cash from rickshaw driver Zahid Aziz on gunpoint.

On his resistance they opened fire on the driver and injured him. He was rushed to hospital.

The police have registered a case against the robbers.
