ACC set to cancel series in Sharjah

ISLAMABAD, Oct 29: Next month’s Asian Cricket Council’s tri- nation tournament in Sharjah involving A teams of Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka looks set to be postponed.

The tournament scheduled to be held between Nov 10 and 12, is now likely to be staged early next year, an official of the ACC said Monday.

He said the event will be put back because of the “prevailing conditions”.
