Baloch Mohammadan triumph

KARACHI, Oct 14: Nasim Akhtar struck twice in Baloch Mohammadan’s 4-2 victory over Young Ansari in the KASB soccer league at CDGK Stadium on Friday.

Young Asari went ahead in the fifth minute of the game when Hameed Afridi converted a penalty kick. Nasim grabbed the equaliser in the 16th minute, while Majid Hussain gave the winners the lead three minutes later.

The losers put the game on an even keel with an Akhtar Munir goal in the 34th minute. Nasim came into action in the 58th minute for his second, while Mohammad Omar sealed the fate of the game with a 61st-minute strike. Young Ansari’s Shahzad will be missing the next game as he received his second yellow card in the match.
