FINA recognizes PSF

LAHORE, April 27: The International Swimming Federation (FINA) has recognized the elections of the Pakistan Swimming Federation (PSF) held on Feb 22 in Lahore. The elections were held by the Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) after declaring another election held last December null and void.

“The FINA has conveyed in writing to POA that it has decided to recognise the results of the elections of the PSF conducted by the POA in Lahore on Feb 22 and as a result of which Kamran Lashari was elected as president along with other office bearers and members of the executive board of the federation”, a press release issued by the POA stated.
