ISLAMABAD, Nov 10: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Wednesday said the government was not making any distinction between parliamentarians belonging to treasury and opposition in release of development funds for their respective areas.

The prime minister was talking to Minister for Local Government and Rural Development Justice (Retd) Abdul Razzaq Thaeem who called him at the PM House.

He discussed matters relating to development schemes and projects being carried out under the Tameer-i-Pakistan Programme.

He informed the prime minister that funds have already been released for development schemes identified and submitted by the MNAs up to Rs5 million, in their respective constituencies.-APP
