NAIROBI, Aug 21: India 'A' recorded their fourth victory over Pakistan 'A' on their way to winning the Nairobi one-day triangular series on Saturday.

The Indians, who had defeated their old rivals in all three league matches of the tournament, eased to a six-wicket success in the final played at the Gymkhana Club Ground.

Opener Dheeraj Jadhav led the way for the Indians with a Man-of-the-Match contribution of 89. His 112-ball knock contained seven fours and one six as India 'A' made 210 for four in the 45th over of the 47-over match.

Sriram was the other star with a 63-ball 60, including seven boundaries, while putting on 115 with Jadhav for the fourth wicket.

Earlier, Pakistan 'A' skipper Misbahul Haq was chiefly responsible for lifting his team to a total of 209 for seven with an undefeated 89 off 119 balls. The right-hander struck eight fours and one six.

Mansoor Amjad, promoted in the batting order, weighed in with a contribution of 48 during a fifth-wicket partnership of 102 with Misbah.

Shib Paul finished with three for 33 in nine overs while his new-ball partner Amit Bhandari bowled brilliant to return figures of two for 29 in 10 overs.

Mohindu Singh Dhoni, the India 'A' wicket-keeper/batsman, was declared the Man-of-the-Series.
