LAHORE, April 2: The Indian medium-pacer Ashish Nehra and middle-order batsman Mohammad Kaif arrived on Friday to join their team before the start of the second Test at the Qadhafi Stadium. The Test is scheduled to begin from Monday.

Kaif came in place of injured captain Saurav Ganguly while Nehra, whohad to return back after injuring his hand in the second One-day at Rawalpindi, is here to replace another left-arm fast bowler Zaheer Khan.

Zaheer sustained injury during the first innings of the first Test at Multan and did not bowl in the second innings.

He is unlikely to return for the third Test although medical reports suggest that the medium-pacer might be fit for Lahore match.
