Published February 29, 2004

LAHORE, Feb 28: The University of Health Sciences on Saturday declared the results of BDS final professional examination of the Lahore Medical and Dental College, which was held in December.

According to a notification, 79 candidates appeared for the examination, out of whom eight candidates were declared successful with a pass percentage of 10.13.

Meanwhile, it was learnt that the UHS had revised its notification regarding the BDS final professional examination results declared on Feb 27.

In the notification, the UHS had mentioned that 25 candidates had appeared from the d'Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore, out of whom 19 were declared successful.

However, on Saturday, the UHS stated that the result was inadvertently attributed to the d'Montmorency college, as it too belonged to the Lahore Medical and Dental College.

Thus a total of 104 candidates appeared from the LMDC, out of whom 27 candidates were declared successful with a pass percentage of 25.96.
