LAHORE, April 23: Pakistan will clash with Belgium in their opening match of the Junior World Cup hockey on June 29 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Pakistan have been placed in pool ‘D’ along with Australia, Belgium and Chile.

Pakistan will play their second pool match against Chile on June 30 and third on July 2 against Australia

World’s top 16 teams, divided into four pools, are taking part in the event.

Following are the groups:

Pool ‘A’: England, Spain, South Korea, and Mexico.

Pool ‘B’: Argentina, Germany, Malaysia, and South Africa.

Pool ‘C’: Australia, Belgium, Chile, and Pakistan.

Pool ‘D’: Egypt, India, Holland and Poland.—APP
