LAHORE, April 19: The PML-N, taking serious notice of the recent statements of PPP leader Asif Ali Zardari about talks with the establishment, is calling a meeting of all important leaders and legislators to review the situation and decide the party’s future course of action. Party sources say Zardari’s statements are against the policy of the ARD, of which the PPP and the PML-N are major components.

The statements of Mr Zardari and the PPP attitude towards the military regime would come under discussion at a meeting to be called during the next 10 days, a senior leader said.

He said the party would also apprise Nawaz Sharif of its point of view on the situation.
