Veteran Sajid slams century

KARACHI, April 6: Sajid Ali, the 41-year-old former Pakistan opener, hammered a century to propel National Bank to a five-wicket victory over DHA in the Patron’s Cup Pool ‘B’ match at the Jinnah Stadium in Sialkot on Wednesday.

Sajid scored 111 off 144 balls with 11 fours and one six as the bankers reached their target of 270 in the 49th over.

Earlier, Faisal Khan top-scored for DHA with 92 off 94 balls with 12 boundaries.
