LAHORE, March 28: A fine century by captain Zaka Ahmed helped Pakistan gain unbeatable 3-0 lead in the five-match deaf series against India with a 77-runs win in the third match at the Arbab Niaz Stadium in Peshawar on Monday.

Zaka, who also hit a century in the first match at Lahore, scored 102 with 18 fours off only 70 balls as Pakistan piled up 301 for five in the allotted 45 overs.

He received good support from Mohammad Saeed (62 not out off 74 balls, three fours) and Bilal Aslam (58 off 88 balls, five fours and one six).

In reply, India made 224 for six in 45 overs with Inderjeet contributing 83 off 107 balls. He hit six fours. Virender Singh (65 off 75 balls, three fours and three sixes) was the other key scorer.
