QUETTA, March 10: Two powerful bomb blasts rocked Quetta and Kalat towns causing panic among people, on Thursday night. However, no causality or damage to property damage was reported in any of the explosions, police said.

Police sources said unidentified people planted a local made bomb with timer in an open place near Jinnah Town that went off at around 10pm. The blast created a crater.

Another bomb exploded in Babu Muhalla in Kalat, some 160km southeast of Quetta late in the evening. The bomb had been placed near the house of a local government official, Mohammad Ishaq.
