MANSEHRA, May 29: The Vice-Chancellor of Hazara University, Dr Ashraf Adeel, has said that youth possess a lot of artistic talent and the role of Hazara University is to encourage creative expression of this talent.

He was speaking as chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of the art week at the Hazara University at its campus in Dhodiyal.

The art week is being organised by the Art Society of Hazara University under which paintings and photographs by university students have been put on display. The exhibition will continue for till June 3.

The vice-chancellor praised the landscapes by Arif Khan, depicting the natural beauty of the valleys of Hazara. He said Arif Khan had the talent to explore the riches of natural beauty in his Realistic work.
