6 of a family die as roof collapses

PESHAWAR, Feb 17: Six persons of a family died when roof of their house caved in late on Wednesday night in the city's Tehkal Payyan area.

The deceased, including three minors aged between four and seven years, were sleeping in their house when the roof of the room collapsed, said a police official on Thursday.

Those killed were identified as Ms Yasmeen wife of Fazle Akbar, Tifla (5), Deen Akbar (4), Sadiq (13), Gul Haja (9) and Gul Said (7), children of Sandal Khan. -APP
