KARACHI: Body on housing policy

KARACHI, May 29: The Sindh government has reconstituted the provincial committee on national housing policy-2001, says an official notification.

The committee is headed by Sindh chief secretary while director general, Sindh Kachchi Abadis Authority (SKAA) will work as member and vice chairman. Secretary of housing and town-planning will act as member and secretary.

The committee members will include City Nazim, Zila Nazims, district government, Hyderabad and Sukkur, Member (LU), Board of Revenue, director, military lands and cantonments Karachi, DS Railways Karachi, MD, HBFC, ABAD chairman, Arif Hassan, architect/town-planner, Aftab Ahmed Khan, town-planner, Shahid Firoz, vice chairman Perk and director town-planning department.—APP
