Road show for Kapco

MULTAN, Feb 14: A road show for the initial public offering (IPO) of Kot Addu Power Company (Kapco) shares will be held here on Tuesday (Feb 15). The road show in Peshawar will be held on Feb 16, and in Sukkur and Quetta on Feb 17, says an official release.

The Privatization Commission is holding road shows and marketing presentations in a number of cities for information and benefit of the general public. The Privatization Commission has already conducted road shows in Karachi and Lahore.

The offer price per share has been fixed at Rs30 and applications can be submitted for 500 shares only, requiring an investment of Rs15,000 per application.

Up to 176,050,000 (20pc) shares of Kapco (including green shoe option) will be offered to the general public resulting in potential proceeds of up to Rs5.28 billion. Subscription will remain open for four consecutive days i.e. from Feb 21 to 24 during banking hours. -APP
