ISLAMABAD, Jan 6: The meeting of the heads of the component parties of the Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy scheduled to be held in Lahore on January 11 has been postponed for one day, says ARD Secretary General Iqbal Zafar Jhagra.

In an announcement here on Thursday, Mr Jhagra said the meeting would now be held on January 12 at the residence of MNA Tehmina Daultana.

Mr Jhagra said the meeting was delayed because the Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy chairman, Makhdoom Amin Fahim, would be busy in his hometown on January 11 which was the death anniversary of his father, Makhdoom Talibul Maula.
