QUETTA: Bail plea accepted

QUETTA, Jan 3: An anti-terrorism court on Monday accepted the bail application of two people accused in the Nushki bomb blast case and directed that they should be released if they were not required in any other case.

Anti-terrorism court judge Shaukat Ali Rakshani accepted the bail application submitted by Haji Sher Mohammad and Kaleemullah, who were arrested by the police in connection with a bomb blast in a bakery in Nushki in Balochistan. The judge ordered that the accused should be released after they filed surety bonds of Rs50,000 each in the court.

MEETING POSTPONED: A meeting of the heads of four Baloch parties' scheduled in Kahan of Kohlu district for Wednesday could not be held due to Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri's indisposition and rainy weather. A new date for the meeting would be notified after consultation of the parties' leadership.
