QUETTA: Rains continue in Balochistan

QUETTA, Dec 29: Rains continued for the third consecutive day at short intervals in most parts of Balochistan, including Quetta, on Wednesday. It started on Monday morning and continued till Wednesday afternoon spasmodically. Clouds are still hovering the sky.

Mountain peaks have received heavy snowfall over the last three days. Continuous precipitation has caused a sudden fall in temperature forcing the people to remain at homes.

Meanwhile, APP correspondent in Chaghai has reported the death of a woman due to collapse of a wall caused by rain. Her husband escaped death, but received serious injuries. In another incident, a minor child was injured as the roof of the room he was sitting in collapsed in the rains. -APP
