HYDERABAD, Dec 21: Patron of District Cricket Association (DCA) Hyderabad Hamid M. Nasir has accused Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) of harming cricket in Hyderabad city on the basis of wrong information provided by some miscreants and opportunists.

He was addressing a meeting of senior cricket organisers of Hyderabad district on Tuesday. He said that DCA Hyderabad had promoted cricket in a short span of time but some miscreants did not like these activities and hatched conspiracies to harm the game.

He claimed that wrong information was provided to the board which led to some controversial decisions by PCB against DCA Hyderabad. He added that such decisions were taken by the board only to appease some of its favourites and it was highly deplorable.

He maintained that while the PCB took such strict decision against domestic cricket set-up but when Pakistan's performance remained dismal against Australia the board was reluctant to take any action.
