Media City to be set up in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, Dec 19: Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli on Sunday said the proposed Media City would be established in the Blue Area.

Talking to the media persons here, the minister said the Media City would be established at a plot of land owned by the information ministry, where a twin-tower would be constructed having all media related facilities.

She said the Media City was being established on the instructions of Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz. She said the next era would be the era of media and after completion of the project, the federal capital would become a hub of media activities. -APP
