BAJAUR, May 25: The Society for Protection of the Rights of the Child organized a workshop on the “rights of refugee children and role of local journalists”.

Newsmen were briefed about the United Nations Convention on Rights of the Child, and the local refugee situation in context of the rights ensured to children by the UNCRC. A number of newsmen and correspondents of national dailies attended the workshop.—Correspondent
