MUZAFFARABAD, Sept 12: AJK Prime Minister Sardar Sikandar Hayat has urged doctors to serve humanity with dedication. He said: "It is obligatory upon the doctors to serve the ailing humanity for which they had adopted the sacred profession."

He was speaking at the inaugural session of a three-day symposium regarding children's diseases. The symposium was aimed at creating awareness among people about the diseases of children.

Mr Hayat said his government would fulfil all the demands and requirements placed by the doctors and their organisations, but they should also be available to serve the people. He said it was obligatory for the government to provide facilities, but doctors should also know their responsibilities. -APP
